Who operates Work Tayo

Work Tayo is operated by MNLO Studio as a validation-stage hiring intake. MNLO Studio is the personal information controller for information submitted to Work Tayo. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@worktayo.ph.

Account information

When you create an account, Work Tayo stores your email address, account type, name, and the profile or company details you choose to provide. Authentication credentials are handled by Work Tayo's configured authentication provider; Work Tayo does not store readable passwords.

Candidate applications

When a candidate applies, Work Tayo stores the role, company, name, email, location, portfolio link, expected rate, availability, fit answer, and any resume file the candidate uploads for that specific role.

Role briefs

When an employer submits a role brief, Work Tayo stores the contact name, work email, company, company website, role, budget, timezone overlap, hiring timeline, and brief so the team can review the request and respond directly.

Why and how we process this information

Work Tayo asks for consent before an account, candidate application, or role brief is submitted. We use the information only to provide the appropriate dashboard, review submissions, connect a candidate with the employer for that exact role, send role-related updates, prevent duplicate applications, and handle privacy requests. Review and hiring decisions are made by people; Work Tayo does not use automated profiling or automated hiring decisions during the pilot.

Who can access resumes and contact details

  • Resume files are kept private and are not published on the public site.
  • Only Work Tayo reviewers and the employer invited to review that role can access a candidate's resume and application details.
  • Employers contact candidates directly after review. Work Tayo is not a public candidate database.

Service providers and processing locations

Work Tayo uses configured database, private file-storage, hosting, and email-delivery providers to operate the service. These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their service terms and security controls. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are not allowed by Work Tayo to use applicant information for their own hiring marketplace.

Storage and retention

Accounts, applications, and role briefs are stored in Work Tayo's configured database. Resumes are kept in private file storage when uploaded. During the pilot, candidate applications and resumes are reviewed for deletion no later than 12 months after the related role closes, and role briefs no later than 12 months after the last hiring follow-up. Account records remain while the account is active and are deleted after a verified account-deletion request, subject to limited legal or dispute records.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold, request access or correction, object to or withdraw consent for future processing, request erasure or blocking, or ask for a portable copy where applicable. Email hello@worktayo.ph from the same contact address used in the submission and include the role or company name. Work Tayo will verify the request before changing or removing a record. You may also review your data-subject rights and complaint options with the National Privacy Commission.

What Work Tayo does not do

Work Tayo does not sell applicant data, publish resumes, run a public candidate database, or make automated hiring decisions. Application data is used to review role fit, share the application with the employer for that exact role, and coordinate direct hiring follow-up.
